"Kathy Grimes from American Pool has been handling our pool at Runaway Bay I for the past few years. In our first year, she suggested that we switch to a “Salt Chlorination” system to address the complaints from our community regarding the use of chemicals. The HOA decided to make the change and the homeowners have had nothing but good to say about the condition of the water and best of all, no chlorine smell, ever since. American Pool has provided good service levels in the opening, management during the summer months and the pool closing, which included the pool cover and storing the chairs and umbrellas. When we had bad weather during the season, they were always there to check the pool and prepare for the worst. At our last HOA meeting, I had the first comments that I’ve ever had regarding the great service that our tech person provided. He checked and cleaned the pool twice a day, 7 days a week. With that said, we have extended our pool management contract for another two years.
