Neil was one of the original partners when American Pool was established back in 1984 in Maryland. Neil was President of NOVA Pool Service, the Northern Virginia division of American Pool from 1984 – 1999, he was a corporate Vice President with American Pool Enterprises following the partnership with First Service in 1999 until settling into the American Pool Florida office in 2003 as President.
Neil moved his wife, three children and their dog from Maryland to sunny Florida in 2004. Neil participates in educational seminars, is actively involved in new business as well as customer service and isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty in the field. Neil is licensed as a Florida State Certified Pool Contractor.
Victor joined American Pool in March of 2000 as Director of Operations. Victor’s main area of supervision is the Miami-Dade Region. Having previously worked with other pool companies before joining American Pool, Victor is well known in the region. He has extensive experience in all areas of pool equipment repairs and service. With four grown children out of the house, Victor enjoys spending time with his wife, his dog Benji and his bird.
Kim joined American Pool in June of 2002. He was a pool technician for American Pool before becoming a Regional Manager working in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. Kim brings an extensive amount of knowledge to the job and his reputation is second to none.
Bruno worked as a swimming pool technician for American Pool from December 2009 to December 2011, he was later promoted to Regional Manager in January of 2012 for Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Bruno’s energy and fresh outlook provide creative solutions for our customers. Out of all the American Pool companies, Bruno was recognized as the “Leading Rookie of the Year” in 2012.
Josh joined American Pool in February of 2007 as a repair technician. Josh came to American Pool following our acquisition of Uniserv Pool Service. Josh can repair, service and renovate any part of a pool or any type of pool equipment. Josh received the “MacGyver Award” in 2010 by American Pool for his ability to get the job professionally, no matter the obstacle.
Mary Beth Bistany
Mary joined American Pool in March of 2008 as an account executive. She is responsible for establishing new customer relationships as well as staying in touch with our current client base. While her primary responsibility is sales, she has an extensive amount of swimming pool knowledge.
Susan joined American Pool in July of 2003 as the office manager. She came from a retail management background and has adapted to office life very well. Susan can be counted on to keep the office running smoothly and handle any customer requests that come her way. Out of all the American Pool companies, Susan was awarded the “Customer Service Representative of the Year” in 2005 for her dedication to customer satisfaction.
