Brian Bell
As the President of American Pool Pittsburgh, Brian oversees all the service operations – from construction to daily maintenance. He also meets with clients and executes in-person sales.

Brian started his career in the pool industry in 2004 with American Pool. As a first year regional manager, Brian receive the Rookie of the Year award for his outstanding performance on the job. After several years in Philadelphia he missed his hometown of Pittsburgh, so he was offered an opportunity to open his own location.

Brian believes in being hands on, so you’ll see him onsite at pools almost every day of the week during the summer. His favorite part of the job is that no two days are alike and that he’s able to make personal connections to the people in the communities he serves.

Brian graduated from Slippery Rock University with a degree in Marketing. He’s happy to be living and working in his hometown and enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, Roxi.

Jenn Bell
Jenn currently serves as the Vice President of Administration & Recruiting for American Pool Pittsburgh. She is also the co-founder of the Pittsburgh office with her husband, Brian Bell. The Pittsburgh office was established in 2006, but Jenn has been working in the pool industry since she was 16 years old. After 11 summers as a lifeguard and two summers as a pool manager during college, Jenn now knows the pool industry like the back of her hand.

Her career with American Pool began in Philadelphia. Hired right before graduation, it wasn’t too long before Jenn recruited her future husband Brian Bell to work for American Pool as well. The couple worked for the company for several years until they received the opportunity to open an office in Pittsburgh, Brian’s hometown.

Today, Jenn is certified as a lifeguard instructor and pool operator. Her roles include recruiting, staffing, lifeguard training, payroll and all administrative duties as well as sales. She also contributes to the construction team when needed. She loves the variety and excitement of running and growing a business.

Jenn graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2002 with a degree in Business Management. She loves bringing her dog Roxi to the office during the long summer days, and she’s happy that even during the hectic summer season, she can work side-by-side with her husband, Brian.
