SEPTEMBER 29, 2011. American Pool completed its first knowledge series presentation of the 2011-2012 season. In partnership with the National Apartment Association, American Pool presented the facts on good pool chemistry and how it can save you thousands of dollars if done right.
Attendees learned the right questions to ask their pool operator and discovered the proper chemical balance necessary to maintain optimum swimming pool conditions.
Those encouraged to attend were maintenance supervisors, on-site maintenance personnel, owners and managers.
The speaker, Benjamin Basch, Executive Vice President and President of American Pool New Jersey, reviewed topics such as calcium hardness and alkalinity ozonators for pools.
Overall, the presentation was well-received. The online Knowledge Series will run through April 2012 and will remain free to all participants.
