Thursday, December 8, 2011 – American Pool New Jersey president, Benjamin Basch will act as moderator for an educational workshop hosted by the the New Jersey Chapter of the Community Associations Institute. This workshop, Gaining Project Success: Your “GPS”  for Contract & Project Management, will cover important information regarding contractual agreements with vendors for a variety of services. This topic will be explored by comparing recurring services with predictable cycles to services that may entail repairs and major renovations.

Overall, the program has been created to familiarize board members, homeowners and community managers with the process of developing contracts, vendor selection and project management.
