Remodeling your pool seems like a daunting task, but the experts at American Pool make it easy! We do all of the hard work for you! We know what it takes to successfully execute any pool renovation, big or small. Although you may not be looking to make a large renovation to your pool, there are many small renovations that can make a big impact on revamping your pool for the summer. The best part is that you won’t have to lift a finger, because American Pool’s renovation and construction team has got you covered.

LED Lighting

LED light bulbs are more energy efficient than traditional or halogen light bulbs, and they are just as bright. Not only do LED light bulbs use less energy, they also last much longer. They typically last at least 30,000 hours, while traditional light bulbs only last about 5,000 hours. Therefore, due to the efficiency and longevity of LED lighting, adding them to your pool translates into long term cost savings.

In addition to lower long term pool costs, this small renovation also instantly transforms your pool from ordinary to extraordinary.  Adding LED lights give you the opportunity to add your own style to your poolscape. Customization options such as light placement, colors, and patterns offer the freedom to make your pool truly unique. Systems can be programmed to run through color sequences, and LED lights can be added to water displays, turning them into arcs or sprays of color. Many lighting systems allow you to control them through a remote or mobile phone app. American Pool will create the LED Lighting that displays your unique vision for your pool.

Waterline Tile

Tile may not be the first element you’d think of when considering fun pool renovations, but the right tile will have a big impact on the overall look and feel of your pool. Manufactured from ceramic, stone, metal or glass, tile is a popular finish for pools and decks. When determining the right finish for your ideal pool, there are a few factors to consider. For example, more abrasive finishes can be harder to clean, while glossier finishes may not be non-slip. Because of the differences in sizes, colors and shapes, pool tiles can be used to create a dramatic design on the pool floor, deck or wading area. Updating waterline tile will make your pool feel brand new. American Pool has the tools and knowledge to install the perfect tile style for your pool. Deck Resurfacing

We offer top of the line deck replacement services. However, if you’re looking for a similar effect, without the cost and concerns of deck replacement, deck resurfacing is the way to go. As long as overall integrity of a concrete deck is acceptable, it can be resurfaced instead of replaced. Various colors and stamped designs can be used to disguise any harmless cracks that appear on the surface. A concrete deck with no cracks but excessive settling can be leveled using processes called slabjacking or foam jacking.
