It’s not enough to just say that we have values. Instead, we say we have an understanding- that every service we provide, management, maintenance or construction, is another opportunity to delight our customer. And we constantly evaluate how we do business by asking ourselves the following:

That’s where the Net Promoter System (NPS) comes into play.We ask you, our customer, for feedback on an ongoing basis. We use that information to inform our processes and change the way we do business- for the better.
Are we honest?
We try to do things right the first time. If something goes wrong, we want to fix it – this means we have the guts to say if something is wrong. We manage our end of the business as if we owned all of it. We know our product and service.
Are we safe?
Safety is the most important part of our job and every service we provide. In addition to providing outstanding safety training for the lifeguards we hire, we are constantly learning at every level within our organization. By becoming knowledge leaders and staying on top of the latest laws, methods and regulations, we are able to impart that knowledge to you, helping to ensure that your facility is safe.
