The Shadowlake condominium community’s aging pool needed a complete remodel. American Pool consulted with management to design a renovation plan that met the association’s budget. The plan called for renovations in three phases to spread out the cost and maximize benefits to the residents. In the first phase, waterline tile and brick coping were installed. Phase two consisted of water blasting the pool’s surface to remove layers of old paint and then applying a fresh white plaster finish. This improved the pool’s look while also addressing structural leaks. In the final phase, the filter system was upgraded to ensure optimal water quality.
It was a challenge to break the project down to accommodate the long period of time required by the three-phase plan, but the customer was pleased with our work. We completed the project within the budget and established time frame.
