American Pool recently completed the acquisition of American Leisure, based in Nanuet, New York. American Leisure, a luxury lifestyle design and management firm, services mixed use and multi-family buildings. Additionally, American Leisure designs, manages and staffs amenity spaces in luxury residential buildings and stand-alone spas.
The acquisition was strategic for American Pool, as it allows the organization to offer amenity lifestyle services across all business lines and at every service level.
“American Leisure will continue to operate on its own platform while taking advantage of American Pool’s financial strength and market reach,” said Mitchell Friedlander, Chief Executive Officer of American Pool Enterprises, Inc. and American Leisure. “We will continue to evaluate the service blend at American Leisure in an effort to be a complete provider in the luxury lifestyle amenity space,” Friedlander added.
