American Pool is closely monitoring developments around the coronavirus (COVID-19) and as always, safety is our first priority when we serve you. We want to make sure you are in the best position possible when it comes time to open your pool up for the season. In order to continue meeting the necessary deadlines, we are offering virtual poolside inspections.

During this time of critical social distancing, we can’t physically walk the pool deck with you, but we can do it virtually. There are many platforms currently available including Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, and Google Chat that can help us perform a live video call with you. During the session, we will do a walk-through of your pool to point out areas of concern and discuss solutions needed to keep your pool sanitized and circulating. Repairs can be made as soon as we have the approval to proceed.

What to Expect

During the virtual inspection, one of our skilled representatives will set the expectations for your inspection by providing a clear outline of the items to be discussed at the start of the meeting. After discussing the goals of the meeting, your representative will walk you through the various areas of discussion such as the deck, the pool, and the pump room while virtually taking you along so that you can see the items being discussed in real-time. Throughout the course of the inspection, you will have the opportunity to talk face-to-face with your representative to discuss any concerns or questions you may have.

While the news is changing every day, we promise to update you as new information becomes available as it pertains to the management of your pool. As always, we’re dedicated to providing your facility and patrons with the quality and care that you expect us to deliver. Our commitment is to move forward, making sure your facilities are well maintained and ready for use as soon as permissible. To schedule a virtual pool inspection or if you have any questions, please contact your local American Pool office.
